Inkcite 1.7 adds LiveReload support

I'm pleased to announce that the new version of Inkcite, released tonight, features [LiveReload](http://livereload.com). This means you no longer have to press Refresh in your browser after every change. Inkcite monitors all of the source HTML, helper, config and image files in your email project. When any of them change, your web browser will automatically reload with the updated email in it. LiveReload is only enabled for emails viewed through Inkcite's preview server. It has no effect on compatibility testing or production builds. This release also includes some bug fixes and improved error reporting if there are problems rendering the email.
